The DX series small flow high head chemical process pump is a research achievement of the "Seventh Five Year Plan" major technical breakthrough project
This series of pumps is highly efficient and energy-saving, complying with the eighth edition of API610 standard. The design pressure is 2.5MPa, and the specially designed pressure can reach 10MPa. The operating temperature is 400 ℃. It mainly solves the problem of small use of large pumps in chemical processes and has been successfully applied in industries such as petrochemicals, chemical fibers, fine chemicals, pesticide chemicals, chlor alkali chemicals, etc. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are suitable for GB9113-88, and other standards such as HG20592-97 and SH3406-96 can also be used according to user requirements.
The components of the pump have a high degree of universality and standardization, and its reliability and lifespan are also high. It is suitable as a chemical process pump to transport water, acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents or other liquid chemical media.
·Structure
This series of pumps is a horizontal single-stage and multi-stage cantilever structure. The pump is driven by a motor through an elastic coupling. For single-stage pumps, when using an extended coupling, the sealing of the pipeline can be replaced without disassembling the motor.
From the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
This series of pumps can be divided into room temperature type and high temperature type.
Room temperature type: pump body foot support, bearing grease or oil lubrication, allowable temperature 105 ℃;
High temperature type: pump body center support, bearing oil lubrication, bearing seat with cooling water jacket, allowable temperature of 400 ℃.
·Shaft seal
The shaft seal can be selected from auxiliary impeller packing seal, auxiliary impeller mechanical seal, single end mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal, series mechanical seal, and bellows seal. The multi-stage cantilever structure of DX pump can reach up to 8 stages, which reduces one leakage point compared to general multi-stage pumps supported at both ends, resulting in higher reliability and easier maintenance.
